Delayed ovulation after ruptured ovarian cyst?
I went to the ER last cycle on CD 17 (3 dpo) with excruciating abdominal pain. The Dr assumed it was a ruptured ovarian cyst (rural hospital - no US to confirm) and sent me home with pain meds. This cycle I'm CD 20 with tons of EWCM and a positive opk. Did anyone else have delayed ovulation after a ruptured ovarian cyst? I have been tracking my period for 54 cycles and almost always ovulate CD 13 or 14 (94% of cycles). Thanks for any insight.
