Just lost my plug!👀 FTM whats next?!

First off, Im 34+2 with twins! Went to the growth scan yesterday, both girls are just over 5lbs each so they are nice and healthy! I was just taking a shower cleaning my lady parts with a wash cloth and when I went to rinse it off my plug was there! Not bloody but definitely the plug. Would I have been able to tell if my water broke while I was in the shower? I feel alright, not even having Braxton hicks yet today. But I had very loose bowl movements this morning, and ive had some cramping the past 2 days. Am I overreacting? Or are these early signs of labor? I NEED HELP. Lol I don't want to go to the doctor unless it's time. I have a lot to do today around the house cleaning and grocery shopping. Give me some advice Mommas. Fiance just got off a 12 hour shift from work so he's sleeping. I don't want to wake him unless it's for sure going down.
