Period is WAY less bloody since vitamins

Libertad

So, I have ADHD. I don't wanna do meds so I do supplementation (vitamins and minerals and fish oil). Which, for the purpose of being super exact, SUCKS, because I can't tell you exactly what did it, so I'll just list what I take:

6000 IU of vitamin D3 (That actually is because I have a genetic deficiency, I'm a Latina living in the Netherlands, so I only found out here I absorb very little of the sun, plus usually here there's close to none).

1000 mg of krill oil (no fishy aftertaste). I'm supposed to increase to 5000 mg but I'm shopping for prices ATM.

450 mg of magnesium citrate (In the past, magnesium made me sleep, but I think because of the other vitamins now, I take it in the morning because now it actually gives me energy)

5000mg of B12, sublingual, in the morning.

So, I can't tell you what did it, but now my period is SO light. Ridiculously light. Still spotting up to the sixth day, but I can practically free bleed at this point, which before it would've looked like attempted murder.

I'm a little shy to post my panties lol but if y'all ask me I will, it is RIDICULOUS. Never happier to have "wasted" money on a menstrual cup two months ago, which I had to change every couple of hours btw -although it was the smaller size-.

So, you don't need to have ADHD, we are all actually receiving less nutrients from food. Don't do anything without a doctor's counsel and yeah, try it, I freaked out because I thought I was pregnant because in my mind, there was absolutely NO WAY I could bleed that little.

So, be well and happy bleeding!

P.S.: for the ADHD, I'm supposed to add zinc and B6, but Ill add them a little later.
