12 days late and no bfp...

So I'm now 12 days late. 8 pee test. 1 blood draw and everything is negative. My blood draw was 0.1 which I've read and read means nothing. The lady on the phone with my results was really rude. I'm ready to have a break down. Everytest is negative but my body is telling me different. My period is late like a lot late when normally I can tell you the day and time, I'm tired, I'm nauseated all the time but no puking yet. My face has gotten oily and acne like I've never had. I have slight cramps but idk what it is. I never had any implantation bleeding.
