Is it safe to eat raw tuna? I want a tune sandwich.

Tuna from a can isn’t raw and is safe. Raw fish is safe too by standards in Canada and the UK, not sure about the US. I eat it all the time from Subway, always have. I just get my sandwich double toasted. I think you’re allowed a certain amount because of the mercury. My kids are 100% healthy, no third arms or anything weird like that 😄

And yes. Limit to 6oz a week. I had a tuna fish sandwich once a week for my entire last pregnancy.

Chunk light is fine.  Avoid albacore as it is higher i mercury.  No sushi but canned tuna is not raw, so your good.  Great source  of omega 3s!

Can tuna or tuna from subway or whatever isn’t raw tuna 🤷🏻‍♀️ you should not, however, eat tuna sushi or tuna poké because it’s raw.
