What to pack?

Question

When I get excited about things I like to packs ahead of time. Take them out and repack again til the day finally gets here lol. Anyways, what are some things to pack in a hospital bag

With my first I brought and found useful:
Shower shoes
Large cozy socks (my feet were so swollen after due to excess fluid) 
Phone charger
Snacks
Water bottle
Spare clothes (including huge comfy undies, huge comfy pants and huge comfy sweaters)
Nursing bras
Toiletries ( including some basic makeup, a bit of foundation and mascara made me feel like a new person)
Scrunchies
Hairbrush 
Lip chap
Things I brought that I didn’t use:
Essential oils
Laptop
For baby I brought clothes, blankets, car seat and some hats/mitts, diapers and wipes. 
I used the hospital diapers for baby and giant pads for myself.

For baby you just need a few outfits/hats, the hospital should provide the rest!
Nursing pillow
Pillow 
Blanket 
Flip flops for the shower
Loooooongggg phone charger 
Money (cash) for food/ snacks

Less is best in my mind. I packed so much when my son was born I didn't use half of it. Phone chargers slippers clothes for mom. Blanket first outfit or baby. You will have your hands full as it is. Friends and family will being flowers and balloons. So when u leave u will have so much stuff to carry when u should be focusing on the little bundle the gets to go home.
