Help!!! Advise please

TMI!! For the last day when going to toilet there been pinky discharge, this can be plentiful, panty liner will have traces of this aswel, this morn there was a piece of thick mucus again followed by light pink discharge but its gooey like..Baba is stil moving as normal.. I'm freaking out as this is my first baby is it normal is this mucus plug coming out also this morning feeling heavy under my bump please help!! I'm only 25 +6🤪😖
