Hands Free Pumping Bra for Spectra?
What pumping bras do you use? I’ve been wearing my Rumina bras while home on maternity leave, but I’ll need to wear a more supportive bra when I go back to work. With my first, I would change into my Rumina bra every time I had to pump 🤦🏻♀️. Trying to avoid that this time. Do the bustier-type bras fit right over a regular nursing bra? Do they work well for Spectra flanges (all one piece)?
