Any advice please urgent

I had a cervical cerclage done on Monday got out of hospital yesterday. After the procedure I was having bleeding etc which was expected anyways but it settled after a few hours. From then it's just been slight tinged cm. Earlier I was standing making food and felt something coming out of me I still have a pad on too so when I checked it was like a big glob of oddly coloured discharge it had orange through it and it was cloudy hard to explain. I thought I could have been a show. I rang the hospital and they said it's okay but go over if I loose any fluid. I'm cramping now so I'm still worried. I'm also on antibiotics as a precaution for infection
