He sued me for a child support. Rant.

May I rant here a bit. I’ve been through the divorce since summer 2016. My ex is making things as difficult as he can.

We went though 2 court cases with regards of our child and that dick sued me for child support and child allowance that are given to mothers.

He won all the cases and all my layers are just surprised. I feel discriminated as I’m not born in Finland where I live.

I am a sensible loving mother, I always wanted the closure as soon as possible as my ex was cheating on me though the whole pregnancy and early years of our child, I waited till I go back to work and can support myself and moved out. Since then my hell started. He sued my for full custody, no visitation rights and all money that is possible.

I still got in the end 50% rights to my child and my kid lives with me in 60% of the cases. That’s all what I could win.

So today my ex went to the state office and filled that he is eligible for state child allowance that is about $90 that is given to every mother when the child is born. The money is paid to the parent where the child is officially registered. And I lost that last case as well, so my child is not registered with me.

I faced in this process state workers completely not willing to listen to me or my lawyer, disregarding a lot of facts and evidences, it’s just sick and ugly.

Police didn’t want to do anything and child service just believed what my ex tells them over the phone, while I presented photos of swollen child and mails where he refused to give to the kid allergy medicine and poor child was struggling so much.

My ex still lives in the flat that I own half and today his lawyer send me the division papers where it stated that I own him 40k. Shocking. But what can I expect from him?

So, just to say here, I hope that my ex with having $7000 monthly salary will stick these $90 up his ass!!!!!

I lost my job because of him as we worked in the same business and he talked a lot of crap about me and was on higher position , so im currently unemployed I left all things in the flat and left with nothing, so I hope these child money will make him happy!

Men are such dicks sometimes! Sorry for the rant.
