6 to 8 weeks. I had family coming from out if state, so I wanted to give then time to make arrangements.

My Aunt (who threw me the shower) sent them out about two weeks before, meaning people got them at less then two weeks, and that was not enough time by far. Some people didn’t get them until the week of for some reason!
If you have any control over it send them out further than two weeks. There were pleny of people there, but there were definitly some that really wanted to come that couldn’t ask off work in time.
