TTC after stillbirth

My son was stillborn at 38.5 weeks from a nuchal cord may 28th,2015 since 3 weeks pp we've been "trying" I still haven't gotten my period back. last Wednesday I got a positive ovulation test and a negative pregnancy test. I took another pregnancy test this morning and as it was going I could of sworn I saw a line but when the 3 minutes were up it just looked negative no faint line or anything 😐 I feel pregnant but I think I'm just being overly optimistic especially after a full body trauma. Any insite?!?
