You are not alone. When I was in the delivery room having my son I was freaking out very embarrassed. And then the nurse walked in and told me that 1/4 girls in the delivery room have herpes and it honestly put things into perspective for me. I was like wow I’m really not alone. I go to therapy but also I just try to joke about it honestly like there’s nothing I can honestly do but accept it and move on with my life.
