Am i pregnant?! Plz help!!

Im not sure if im pregnant or not... But my cycle was july21-24 my husband and i had sex the 25th and on the 28th i started spotting light pink blood.. The 29th i had a brown discharge with lots of abdominal pains and lower back pains. I download a fertility app and it said the 30th i was ovbulating tht day i had a creamy discharge... Can i possibly be pregnant?? Some please help me!! If i am this will be my 5th pregnancy.. I miscarried in 2000 i have 3 children now hoping for #4
