PLEASE HELP IM SO SCARED 😢💔

Hi ladies ,

I’m sorry to say this is going to be sad news . I went for a sonogram yesterday, about a hour later my doctor called to tell me that I had a miscarriage💔😭 I’m beyond devastated and crushed. I went to my doctor today because she wanted to talk to me about options and what to do next. I’m so scared right now. Either my body takes care of it naturally, I take medication or surgery . Idk what the safest or smartest choice is. If anyone has any advise that could be helpful please I would appreciate it.
