Hot red face.....

Ive been checked for pre e and my blood pressure is normal, but no matter what I do my face is so hot and it’s beat red. Does anyone know what else could be causing this? It’s happened a few times throughout my pregnancy and I’m 36 weeks. All I’m doing is laying in bed. I went for a walk this morning.
