HELP WORRIED

I am 9 weeks and 5 days I feel fine sleepy and tired but I just used the bathroom and wiped and there was a small spot of blood on the tissue. I don’t know if it was back to front or front to back. Than I had to pee again while I was sitting there and I wipes again and nothing showed up. But now that I’m texting this I feel like cramps on my left side under my stomach.

Should I wait it out or head to the ER?
