Explain please if you know. I heard a lot of mixed reviews. But what about women who still breastfeed while pregnant?

When your already used to breastfeeding it doesn’t harm you while you’re pregnant. Unless you have an irritable uterus. I’ve nurses throughout my pregnancy with no issues. However when your body is not used to it it can cause contractions and preterm labor, you don’t want that. Also, you want your baby to have that colostrum so pumping it out isn’t beneficial for baby because they need it when they’re born

Why do you want to pump before you need to? You'll be pumping out all the colostrum that your baby needs. Freezing the pumped colostrum isn't the same - I have worked with antibodies and the freezing/thawing process damages them, so you would make the colostrum less effective. I get we can get excited for our baby's arrival, but this is not a helpful way to prepare.

It can cause contractions, so unless you're 40w it's no helpful

If you start pumpng you will need to keep doing it often through out the dqy or you could get blocked ducks and bad infection.... or if you stop then milk can start to dry up. Your body won’t learn to produce the right amoun it need for your particulare babies needs
