Scared

Hi, i am currently 5 weeks pregnant with baby #4.... today while making dinner i felt something coming down like discharge. Ran to the bathroom and it was blood after I started bleeding more not crazy heavy but every time i go to use the bathroom i see blood. Currently in the ER with my husband.... feeling super light cramping but nothing more intense... has anyone had this same thing happen and had a good outcome after? (Btw i have a 4 month old baby)
