Spotting off and on but no period

I'm not sure what dpo I am because I have I irregular periods. I have pcos. My last period was august 29. I've been having brown spotting off and on along with creamy cm. I've had some other pregnancy symptoms also. I've taken a pregnancy a few times and I took one this morning but still negative and no sign of my period m. Even though I have pcos I always get my period every month no matter what. Is it possible I might be pregnant even though the tests are negative?
