Birth Control ?

So my period is 10 days late , im currently taking birth Control but have been for about a year or two but would still have a period . This is my first time ever missing my period . * Im not sexually active . I changed my birth Control after neither the patch nor nexplanon would stop me from having cyst on my ovaries , so I am taking the pill . I have also been having back pain , bad cramping , my vag has also been hurtin ( i think i have another cyst ) and Ive been having sore boobs . Is it the birth control or is it a medical problem such as pcos or endometriosis ?
