A serious issue I NEED ALL ADVICE

My boyfriend of a year, i just found out tonight, had videod my noises i made when he fingered me in the car the first month we were together. Weve been through alot and grown and we want the world with each other but i was in a relationship where i was violated before with my body. He never asked and never told me til ab 9 months later. Hes trying hard to make this up but i feel so numb. Guys what your advice please. I have no friends at this point with class and being busy so this is my one shot
