cant gain weight

so im 11 weeks pregnant and losing weight. i weighed 127 when i found out i was expecting , and now im 122. people keep telling me not to worry, that ill gain it back but im a worrier. I feel like i eat more but i guess its not enough, i dont puke that often i just gag all day everyday, it sucks lol. im just having trouble eating more, any suggestions
