My boyfriend and I were watching a movie and we got a bit distracted  so I gave my boyfriend a hand job for the first time and he came. We cleaned up and finished watching our movie 
We don’t live together so after I went home I washed my hands twice (I have ocd)  then went to my bed and ended up mastrubating. I keep having the fear that I’m going to end up pregnant because of that. (I should mention that I’m on the pill-but I’ve not been taking it consistently-ie I’ve not taken in at the exact same time every day, but within 12 hours of the last one) 
Im super anxious and nervous-much appreciated if someone with more experience or knowledge could help me out :)

Hunny you sound super young...No, there is no way you can get pregnant from this ordeal that you’ve described. Sperm wouldn’t live on your hand outside of the vagina or penis for that long. They would have died even before you washed it. Honestly you need to be taking your birth control constantly if you’re having sex and are this young. God bless you! Everything’s okay :)

You won’t get pregnant hun. The semen is dead and washed away. I would like to add that if you’re going to be engaging in sexual activities, it’s certainly best to educate yourself about how things work beforehand, so you don’t end up in a pickle. There are other things to concern yourself with besides pregnancy alone. Please educate so you don’t believe all of the silly myths that come up along the way as well.
