Measured a week ahead?

At my first Prenatal at that time being the calculation of the first day of my last period I was 11wks at that time...But when the Dr measured the baby she said their measuring ahead. Now what do that mean. So am I 12wks or just having a big baby? My original due date was April 22 now it's April 27th a day after my 13 yr old. I'm so lost lol

Go with the date they told you at the ultrasound. Its more reliable than the LMP. Probably you ovulated a week early.

If you're measuring a week ahead why is your due date a week later? Shouldn't it be earlier?
My dating scan told me I was 6 days more ahead than I thought, my midwife said it could be that I ovulated earlier than the average woman meaning it's not 2 weeks after the first day of my last period. She predicts I ovulated around 3 days after my period started
