Provera and PCOS cycle 3ttc

I have been on provera for 3 cycles. I take 1 tab for 10 days starting on cycle day 16. And then I’m suppose to get a withdrawal bleed 5-10 days after taken the last pill. The first month and second month time i did the provera i got withdrawal bleed one to two after stopping the pills. This past month i went on did the exact same took my 10 days. But this time it 8 days past the last pill and no period. I’ve had the worst symptoms. Tender Breast, nausea, very bad cramps. So i thought i was pregnant but BFN of course. I kept asking my GYN what was my next step was and i wasn’t getting very clear answers. So i finally worked up the courage to speak with the fertility specialists that i worked with. She explained to why i didn’t get my period this time around. Basically the lining of uterus was too thin produce a withdrawal bleed. All these months that we thought that we was TTC, really didn’t count because i wasn’t ovulating but having freak periods. Now she has taken me on as a patient so next steps are more labs, HSG, Semen Analysis and starting ferma/clomid. Once my best period finally comes. Now I’m very hopeful!
