Spotting and cramping?

Finished my period on Sep 30th and had some spotting for the week after. It stopped for a few days, then Thursday I took a test which was positive. Took 3 more with different brands, all positive. Then Friday and today I’ve had like medium darkish red spotting and back cramps. I would only be like 2 weeks pregnant so I don’t know if this is normal or not? Dr can’t see me till Wednesday and I’ve read ppl saying they had spotting and cramping early because of the uterus stretching and all that. Just not sure what to think? Er is way to expensive rn so I’m just seeing if anyone has had something similar happen.
