Weird cramping/chemical pregnancy?

Well i got my bfp on 11dpo . However yesterday it seems as I’ve started my period. Right at 5 weeks , bright red with smaller clots . Not soaking but filling up pad. I’ve experienced a chemical once but I don’t recall cramping at all. This cramping feels like twinges all over the abdomen. Doesn’t hurt it’s just slightly uncomfortable. I’ve already messaged my doctor to see what to do. I don’t wanna go to the ER unless I really have to. Just got a new health plan thats not in effect until next month 😩
