Help!..

I'm bang on 6 weeks today. Ever since I found out I get random sharp aching pains that last a minute or so every 10ish minutes. No bleeding. When i sneeze i get a ache in my left side. I used to have excruciating periods to the point where I used to pass out. I was wondering if anyone else had this and are healthily pregnant or if I should go up a&e. Very worried first time mom here
