OPK’s progression with PCOS..
Does it look like I’m going to O soon or is this just a typical PCOS pattern?
Not sure what cycle day I’m on as I had a very long 4 week cycle a couple of weeks ago. I had some cramping and spotting last night, today I have more pressure and cramping, and almost feels like early pregnancy symptoms. I’m hoping maybe I’m about to O.
