25 weeks and 1 cm

I went to the er last week, I was having extreme pain and little movement. In the end they say it was round ligament pains but my only thing is that im 1 cm dialated they said im also thick and high. Ive been having extreme pain in my pelvic and im kind of worried.

Any advice
