Taking care of baby while you have the flu?

I’ve gotten some sort of awful stomach virus or possibly even the flu. I’m running a fever, chills, constant throwing up, diarrhea, and body aches. This is the sickest I’ve been in a very long time. My son is 6 months and I’ve struggled all day just to make sure he is changed and fed. I’m in and out of sleep due to feeling so awful and all my medicine I instantly throw up. My husband is actually deployed to a different country and I have no other help around me. I feel like the worst mom ever. We’ve both just laid in bed all day because as soon as i get up I get sick.

What are some tips on how to care for your little one while sick?? I’m also extremely worried he’s going to get sick too 😩
