Each pregnancy is SO different

With my son I was nauseous all day everyday for 14 weeks but never threw up... this time I’m nauseous , have thrown up every morning this past week (though it’s only bile cuz I barely eat)... I have head aches, dizziness, fatigue , low progesterone , tilted uterus ... and for the first time ever I just peed myself when I sneezed !!! Went through a whole pregnancy never happened ... this time 10 weeks and my bladder suddenly wants to be weak ... so strange !!! Any differences you all ha e been experiencing ???
