General ?

I'm 19 weeks and don't really feel any significant movement. I was just at Dr & all looks great and heart rate strong. Is this common to just feel some *flutters*?

I didn’t really start feeling kicks until about 22 weeks! Flutters a little bit before :)

Every pregnancy is different of course. (I’m 19weeks) I started feeling mine around 17weeks but it depends on what I’m doing and what position I’m in. They are really subtle and light kicks tho so sometimes I’m not sure if they are kicks or gas lol. 
For me, if I lay down on my side after drinking water I can feel her. Or after I eat and sit with my legs propped up I can feel her then too. It’s very very rare I feel her when I’m standing. It mostly happens at night when I’m laying down I can feel her more when I’m still i guess bc I’m paying more attention.

Is this your first pregnancy because it can be about 20 weeks I believe before you really feel it. Also do you have an anterior placenta? It’s when the placenta is in front so for you to really feel the baby they have to kick hard to feel it through the placenta. I had that with my daughters and it felt like flutters until about 30 weeks then you could tell how active she was not just by seeing her on an ultrasound

Is it your first? I feel constant kicks daily and have since 16weeks and I’m 18 now. It depends on the person though and how baby is positioned. If everything looks good you’re fine, it’s my first too
