My son got this at 2 weeks too! Turned out he was allergic to the laundry detergent.. could be a possibility as well. We just re-washed all his clothes with a non scented detergent and it cleared up. Hope it clears up soon and you can put your mind at ease mama! Either way you are doing great! Baby is beautiful!

If the skin is dry and flaky, it might be eczema and not baby acne. Has your pedi considered this option? My youngest had it when he was born (he is almost 2 and it’s much better) and Eucerin cream throughout the day worked best for him.

My baby had that and when I wash him really good with a wash cloth it goes away. Then I put a little lotion on after. I use baby Aveeno.

My little mans has some too. My pediatrician said to leave it alone. It’s basically their oil glands developing. Moisture will clog them and picking at it (not that you are) will leave scars.
