are out of the question , it's been a long and hard 7 years im not getting and yet it hasent happend I have to expect the fact that I have feterlity issues 😭😭😭😢😢😢😢 I'm officially giving up

My partner has no issues my mother had a hard time conceiving me my middle sister also has feterlity problems the only one who was blessed was my younger sister she had my baby nephew at the age of 17 :( my partner has no issues
