Red spots appearing on abdomen

Hi everyone! I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant and I’ve had these red spots randomly appearing over the past few days. They are a little bit itchy. They are showing up only on the right side of my abdomen. I haven’t changed my diet or used different soap/detergent. The only thing that is different is I got a flu shot on Monday but there isn’t any irritation at the injection site. I plan on calling my doctor on Monday to get checked out, but if anyone has experienced this, any advice is appreciated 😊
