YES. i had a drug free hospital birth with my first and a home birth in the water with my second just 8 months ago. HANDS DOWN, 100% always going to have home births from now on. Going to be having another home birth in May.

One of my close friends did and had a birthing tub brought to her and had the best birthing experience. I'm honestly jealous because I had a terrible experience. 
I wish I could do one because laboring at home is the best! I watched Netflix and took a hot shower and my husband massaged my back. I even slept some in my nice comfortable bed. As soon as I got to the hospital after my water broke, it's like the nerves hit me and my labor stalled. Nothing worked and I didn't dilate. 😭 I even closed up a bit. I had a c section because I was dilated to 2cm after days of laboring. Once you get to the hospital, clocks starts ticking. If you labor at home, you can labor comfortably for hours and days even until you're in active labor.
