HELP MEE😭

OK GUYS SO me and my boyfriend had sex last night and he licked me out for the first time. It felt good, didn't seem like there was anything wrong but like 15 mins later it started hurting when we started having sex again. I checked this morning bc it was really painful, and it turns out I'm REALLY swollen down there and it hurts A LOTTT. I can't sit or walk properly at all... what could it be and what can I do????
