I could use advice for how to deal with these seemingly all the time tantrums ESPECIALLY in public

He does the classic lay on the ground and scream and when I pick him up he throws his top half trying to fall backwards out of my arms. He’s even escalated to hitting at me biting at me and trying to pull my hair.

I’m not sure what happened to my sweet baby that loved to cuddle and kiss lay next to me. He still has his moments but if I tell him no or he doesn’t get his way.... watch out !

Idk what to do redirection isn’t working and developmentally speaking I’m not sure what else is truly appropriate especially in public ?
