Just want some answers

So today it kinda started. I have a prob since I was a kid pooping sorry. And some times it hurts pelvic area close to we’re my leg attaches to my pelvic area right side grone area. Like near girly area. It goes and comes and isn’t insane or need to take anything. Doesn’t hurt to pee lower back hurts think from being a college student and sitting not so well at school. But want to know what you all think. Seen my doc for this and he said I have bowel in that area and that why it is sore.
