38 gonna try again

So I just had my second misscaridge my first was in March at 10 weeks this time 4 weeks but no baby no sac. I have 3 kids already youngest is 4 in a half never had serious problems had misscaridges in past all resulted in normal pregnancies after that. This last misscaridge they said my progesterone was low so next time I get pregnant there going to put me on progesterone to hofelly keep a pregnancy anyone else go thru this and everything was fine..plz no bad comments.
