Dislocated shoulder

So I dislocated my shoulder again , I thought it was popped back In but it wasn’t couldn’t sleep all night in pain till my man decided enough was enough ‘ & he poped it back in ‘ he couldn’t see me like that & he popped it back in right cause the person who tried didn’t do it right

So now I’m good thank god for him I love him so much❤️😘💪🏻☺️🎼💑

have any of you dislocated your shoulder ? If so what do you do to ‘help heal it or get it back to how it was
