Where is my SO

Question

We've been fighting. But it's now 6am and he hasn't come home at all. (He gets off around midnight) his phone is off and I've called all the area hospitals and he's not there. 
Idk what my next step is gonna be but if he's alright, I'm gonna be SO pissed.
