My heart has never been more broken
I was suppose to be pregnant 11 weeks with twins, heart beats were seen at 6 weeks and I had some light brown bleeding. Went to the ER could not find heart beats and they told me I was having a miscarriage. How will I deal with the pain? This will forever weigh heavy on my heart.
