Slow labour?

I’m 29+4 weeks pregnant and getting some back pain, discharge and cramps. Started after sex with hubby on Friday. 
What are the signs or slow labour?

You don't want to mess with this OP, I'm 29+3 and if I had all of that going on I would call my OB asap
 I cramp after sex, have had spotting from it previously and have back pain  but not all at the same time constantly like that, at only 29wks you wanna get checked out because if it is labor they need to stop it
