When & how to workout after surgery
Any of you ladies had a tube removed and got back into fitness afterwards? Or I sapose a c-section is close enough also. I know I'm still a long way from even trying to go on a long walk or lifting 10lbs even. I just had my right tube removed Wednesday morning from having a tubal pregnancy and a loss of a good bit of blood. I'm working on getting better now, but can't help but think about the future and what is the best way to get back into working out after a surgery like this. I'm into lifting weights and body building. So I'll eventually get there. But would like to know how long it took other moms to get to a point where you could even do a 30min workout. What about ab workouts? And what workouts other than walking are good to start with? Like I said... Its still weeks if not a month or so away that I'll start trying to workout. Just trying to plan ahead and keep my mind occupied. Thanks
