Power pumping

This is all I got in my power pumping session this morning. Stressed dropped my supply so need to boost it again. Do you still pump even though nothing comes out? Need encouragement 😩

Update: 4 days later after last post. Went from 50 ml to a 100 ml. There’s slight improvement.
