Bad feeling

I’ve felt so good up to today. I’ve had unusual pains in my ovary area and stomach every day for at least a week. I was hoping that was a good sign BUT I had a huge temp drop today which is not good. For some reason about a week ago my cross hairs for ovulation went away on the chart and never came back. I was so hopeful. I’ve been miserable on my 2WW and I was hoping it was finally for a good reason. This was our 2nd IUI. I’m 39. This is terrifying. What if I never get to have a baby?? At work trying to maintain but it’s hard. I don’t even know what else to do to change my chances for the better.
