cholestasis?

The past two weeks I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night because my left hand and left foot are sooo itchy! I’ve itched them so much that I have little scabs on my foot now. My hand has little bumps on my palm under my thumb where I’ve been itching also. I called the nurse today and she said they usually only worry about itching if it’s on your belly. Does anybody have experience with this?

I thought itching on your hands and feet was cholestasis and itching on your belly was puppps. I would ask for them to test just to be sure.

I’m sorry to just hop in, but I’m also experiencing the same thing from my feet all the way up my legs. Have u got tested for it? I also have the scabs due to scratching so much

That’s how it starts but then again I had it and only itched my legs and belly but it’s very common to start from your hands. I’d go back and ask to be tested because they induced me early because of it

ICP can start anywhere. I would call them and ask to be tested anyway. Its very common for it to affect hands and feet first/the most.
